In most instances, All sales are final in terms of changes. Should you decide to make a quick adjustment to your order before we start on it, we can and will gladly change that for you. If your order is already started or finished, we cannot change your order color on our dollar, because you changed your mind. 

We stand behind our products and they come with a delivery satisfaction guarantee. We can and will stand behind our product should something be less than expected in a short period of time. If you regularly drive your truck down a gravel road with no mud flaps and never wash it, No we cannot re spray your chipped powdercoat a year later. Failure to properly install traction bars will also void our warranty. All mounting hardware must be utilized.
